It’s a petite innings when you look at the score of Asim Kamal, run against his name are only 33, A heart big as Indian ocean, the determination, the will to win the game immaculate, which is already reflecting from his stroke play, my fellow guppies who were rooting for Pakistan to win yesterday, Are routing away Pakistan, Yes Pakistan may loose the game the score card doesn’t suggest otherwise, but what happened in Mohali from a bleak situation than this. Certainly this is not the time to give up hope at all.
So buck up ppl, recovery is on the way … there is nothing to lose at all.

skhan: yes, right now they have no choice but to play for a draw...preferably by not losing any more wickets...or minimizing the damage to the least...and then, if the chance presents itself, they'll go for the win...they can't go for a win at this stage with 4 main batsmen down and no afridi to back 'em up lower down the order...with some 250 odd runs required...so a lot depends on the current partnership...can't expect the same heroics from razzaq and akmal...and everyone else after that, well they'll try if it comes down to it, but we can't expect them to do much either...

Have u heard of a thing called TINA factor.
TINA => There is no alternative.
I will put Taufeeq, Hameed, Butt in the same bucket. They are equally reliable/unreliable. The selectors should just choose anyone of them with a blindfold on. For the other opening slot , there is no such issue - you have the ultra reliable SHAHID AFRIDI.

and here's the breakdown for the figures...
60 overs remaining, 248 runs needed, 6 wickets in hand...
to win, pak would need to score at 4.13 runs per over...which is unlikely at the moment, with 4 batsmen down...not to mention the pitch being so unpredictable as well, making it harder to play on the last day as alwayz...so they will play for a draw first...
