Match delicately poised. All three outcomes possible. If Pakistan can survive till lunch with only one more wicket down than the game will be on. Pakistan showing real courage and if Afridi had not self destructed India would have been panicking by now.

I’d like to see them play by contingency… let the first couple of batsmen play hard - say until Inzi… and then if it doesn’t work, then Inzi, Kamal and Razzler can try to occupy the crease for the rest of the day.

DRAW seems to be the most likely result...but India do have an outside chance of winning.
A couple of more wickets today would have helped India's cause immensely...but that was not to be.

Sorry don’t agree. I see Pakistan’s chances as very slim(almost nil). I see DRAW as the most likely result.
Scoring 327 in one day itself is a big task and to score it with 9 wickets on the 5th day of the test is not easy by any means.
If Afridi would have been there, it would be a different story of course…because normal logic don’t apply when he is at the crease.

ya there are three possibilities but the most favorite possibility is india win in , second favorite possibilty is it will be a draw and the last and as i always say the miracle Pakistan win it.
Every thing will be crystal clear at lucnh time tomorow.

I must applaud Taufeeq for sticking it out. He had much more assured look to his presence at the wicket today. Hopefully he will take his good work tomorrow and occupy one end where other batsmen pursue the target.
Shahid Afridi laid us the path. Yes we can always say that he shuold have stayed there till the end and he almost did. But when we are sending him to open, we must tell ourselves that we are already one down. It all depends on how much he scores;
But man his second six off Pathan was some shot. He is edge-of-the-seat batsman but he is an entertainer.

One thing is for certain. I would have been a lot less happier with 35-0 than 95-1. Because it outlines our attitude that we believe we can chase this target. Positive attitude in cricket always helps in the long run if not in the short run.

He was of the view that we definately are going for a win as long as we have wickets in hand because we believe we have the flair in our batting to do that. And then there is always Plan B. **

Afridi really should think about the team when he goes out to bat. Ok his innings were good, but he should have stuck it out so that he could have batted tomorrow. It wasn't necessary for him to play that last shot.
Did anyone else notice the glaring match between Laxman and Khalil? When Laxman came out to bat, Khalil threw him a couple of bouncers and would mouth a few swear words and glare at him. Even the commentators didnt know what was going on!!
But the man of the day is Rahul Dravid!! and he spoke so well in his after-match interview.
