I think…so far…Afridi is the best captain in this tourney…with the exception of the group match against NZ…
PS: I believe his bowling line-up will restrict India to a modest total to chase…or his battling line-up…like the openers laying some good foundation…and every batsman making some 35-40 runs in a calculative fashion…plus Afridi himself should deliver a bit with the bat too this time…

Not looking forward to this one bit. Our batting is too vulnerable and lacks any leaders to withstand the pressue of such a game and the Indians will be fired up big time. Some quick wickets and we’ll fall apart.
The tension is already killing me

As crazy as it may sound - but I think India's problem is not its bowling, its India's batting.
The dead pitches in India neutralize most bowlers anyway. We saw what happened to Lee, Tait etc yesterday. So it does not concern me that much that India is weak on the bowling front.
But if Pakistan can take 2 quick wickets at the start of the Indian innings , India could be in serious trouble.
Virat Kohil has been largely inconsistent.
Yuvraj Singh cannot be trusted against decent spin (read Ajmal).
Dhoni is totally out-of-form (and is a waste of space in the team these days if you ask me).
And then we have Harbhajan, Ashwin Zaheer and Munaf (tailenders though Harbhajan/Ashwin can bat a bit).
Not many Indians realize this but the absence of a decent allrounder has made the second half of the Indian batting line up look quite fragile. Irfan Pathan instead of Munaf would have been ideal.
South Africa's long tail did them in today. I fear the same may happen with India.
There have been a few spectacular Indian batting collapses already in the World Cup.
So here is my prediction - if Pakistan can take 2+ wickets before India get to 100 its Pakistan's match for the taking.

Indian bowling attack is the worst attack in the world cup. They can't bowl yorkers and bouncers and no speed.
Only Zaheer is little bit ok but our batsmen should attack him. So Mr. Dhoni will be out of choices.
Harbhajan overrated has taken 1 or 2 wickets till now. Should score at least 6-7 runs per over. He will be under pressure. Attack Him.
Ashwin/Munaf/Nehra/Sreesanth - 10-20 runs per over bowlers.
Part timers, well they are part timers. Don't allow to settle them!
We should at least score around 350. Kamran/Hafeez getting form in last match. Asad performing good against Aus, Younis/Misbah should play sensibly. Umar/Afridi/Razzaq good hitters. Indian bowling attack should be halwa/cake for them. Their bowlers can't take more than 6 wickets!
Then our bowlers will do the job with short balls. Should play Akhtar instead of Wahab if he is fit and can bowl like he did against Sri Lanka. Otherwise include Junaid he will take Sachin wicket atleast.

Asad, Younis and Misbah will have to Bat atleast a combined 35 overs or so in case the openers go early …
Zaheer coming around the wicket to RHB can be dangerous … The Other danger will be Yuvraj as he is Left-Arm Spin … Given our track record against That sort of bowlers i’ll be not surprised to see Yuvi opening the Bowling or atleast coming on early … Tackle Zaheer, Yuvi and Ashwin and the rest are easier to play …
Wahab should open against Sehwag with some short pitch stuff as he will create an awkward Angle for him + Tendulkar has a tendency to chase deliveries from left handers that r leaving him … Ask aamir, Tsotsobe etc. … Kohli is good in the V so a creating a false shot sqaure of the Wicket is mostly his downfall … Gambhir gives atleast one clear run out chance per innings, for him the most agile fielders should be close by … Yuvrajs weaks is good spin bowling … Dhoni Will look to dominate the bowling and has problems with the full pitched incoming ball as he mostly looks to play straight or in cover/point area … Bhajji And Zaheer can slog a bit so i geuss the Doosra will do the Trick for the rest Guls Yorkers

The Pakistanis took them by surprise because they underestimated Pak. They were fully prepared for India, but their best laid plans failed.

This may have been covered before. But Dhoni should not be coming ahead of Raina and/or Pathan (if both play). He appears to over-estimate his batting capability.
