anyone of the several things IMO, because the difference was just about 30 runs! so it could have been:

1. the Umar Gul generosity
2. the missed catches
3. allowing Bhajji & after to score (I think Pak particularly lost focus at that point - afridi was over confident at that point and went on autopilot)
4. bad powerplay strategy
5. Misbah not understanding the ‘run flow’ framework of the inning

If anyone of these 5 factors went differently, each representing 30 runs, results would have been different. Of the 5, I think #3 was the worst impact

its all if and buts but the bottom line is India won and it was their day. well played.
