Nah no Indian is in the elite umpiring panel. They are not good enough. Two Pakistanis including Assad are part of that panel.

The thing that adds insult to injury is when the Umpire walks away from the wicket as soon as the ball hits the pad and while the bowler is still appealing for LBW...just like Rauf did.
I mean at least...take a little time....consider the decision for a while.
It was not as if it was so clearly NOT OUT that the Umpire did not think it deserved any second thought.

The trouble with you is you have been watching too many Indian umpires because premeditated decisions is their forte. Infact they are given training in giving such decisions. Hence none of them are in the elite umpiring panel.
