Yah i agree Rishi Rich has huge hits in the past year or so with international artists like Brittany, Mary J Blige, Craig David. But i would still be hesitant to call him the best producer ever.
What about Bally Sagoo. Others worthy of mention are Sukhsindher Shinda, Punjai Hit Squad, Dr Zeus ..
