I used to think that way too but now I am getting a change of heart, may be certain elements start killing spree in the city as soon as MQM gets out to force it to come to negotiations, I may be wrong but this can’t get definitely ruled out.

There isnt any plausible explanation for “certain elements” doing it. If you know Karachi and the areas where its happening , you will know who are the factions involved and its not the PPP.
