Pakistan test fires second missile Hatf-III (Ghaznavi) despite international condemnation: ISLAMABAD, May 26: Pakistan today successfully test fired a second ballistic missile, an official statement said. The test came despite international condemnation of a first test Saturday which was seen a raising tensions with neighbouring India. The missile tested today was a newly-developed short range surface to surface Hatf-III (Ghaznavi), the statement said. These tests had been due a while ago and the reasons they were not conducted earlier was simply the US presence in the area and the criticism that Musharraf would have faced
amid US “war agasint terrorism” in the neighbouring Afghansitan.
This was an excellent decision by the Musharraf to conduct these tests right after
Veggiepie toned down “decisive battle” rhetoric and went on a vacation. This is a befitting response to the buildup along the border by india to bully Pakistan. Now the indian leadership will think twice before thinking bout any incursions into Pak territory. And the 750,000 or so indian soldiers must have peed learning bout these successful tests and more to come

Ghaznavi invaded India seventeen times and Pakistan is naming a missile on it's name. Ghauri also invaded and looted India and defeated Prithviraj Chauhan.
Remember then Pakistan was part of India and so in theiry both Ghauri and Ghaznavi were invaders of Pakistan and India.
The PRITHVI missile named by India is surface (earth) missile. Prithvi mean Earth in Hindi and not related to Prithviraj Chauhan.
