One resident of Isu Khel village said three soldiers came to his home asking for protection but he refused, fearing he might be targeted by militants.
We have been told stories of this Pashtun code. How they can not refuse someone asking for protection and how anyone can come to their houses as guests. Aren't these stories are just a sham? Why these soldiers were not given protection by this Pashtun and others in the area? They are not following the Pashtun code? They are not fearless, they are fearful of "militants"?

Shamraz, closing the border wont be that easy, alot of it is mountanious terrain? If youve been to torkhum, you will that even the fenced and gated border is impossible to regulate...
We should 'mine' the whole border, it might be little expensive but it would be worth it.
