America has awesome fire power, scary really. But the troops are not all that, they have a tendency of "seize up" in ground combat. The Vietnamese worked on this principle, and the Iraqi fighters too are doing relatively well on the ground.
America will attack Iran, it will ruin it, but occupation (for prolonged periods) will be very hard.
No need for an occupation of Iran, the good people of the country are ready to step up to the task once the hardliners are removed.
thats alright then. at least it puts paid to the idea that iranians are developing nukes.
