Err...what Turks have killed Afghans? They only have one base that I know off and its based in Kabul. Dogran base is one of the most accessible locations in Afghanistan and plus the Afghans love them.

Where is the reference?

I wanted to post a thread with this topic yesterday, but I could not find a reliable reference saying that Turkey will send its navy next time. Reuters? AP? BBC? CNN?
So I still think it is just a propaganda to stir hatred against Turkey among Westerners.
