Who says that? The condition for entering jannah from what I know is to have a particle of iman. Entering into jannah one day doesn’t mean that a person won’t be punished first. So from my understanding I’d just say that by having compassion, being nice to others and all, the only thing we’re not doing is making our actions against them a liability for ourselves. However, just that is not enough either. We have other duties too, which we can also be taken to task for.
