23 March PTV, Prime, Geo aur ARY kay sang

So, guys have the programs for 23 March been announced already? I’ve been waiting for quite a while but I’ve seen no ads so far.

If anyone has the schedule, please post it along with a mention of which specific programs you’re looking forward to.

We, in America, think the world revolves around us :-P

Ary is quite a popular channel in Pak and Europe. Ofcourse, for us in US, its only Prime and Geo (for which the mufta will end on 25th as well).

Do we know if any channel is planning to broadcast the parade? If I am not mistaken, it happens fairly early in Pakistan.. so should be early evening here. I'd like the kids to see those faujis marching in those neat formations.

Fasial I think Geo will show it, I havent seen anything on Prime saying they will but they should show at as well. Since GEO is more of a news channel I think even if they dont show the parade they will give it comprehensive news coverage.

great topic samby :)

i'll make it a sticky for a while..

all i've seen so far are Geo's 23 march tag line. GEO PAKISTAN. And buncha ppl saying GEO PAKISTAN.

Did anyone catch Nayyara Noor’s interview on Geo? What an elegant person is she. Geo’s tranmission seems the best of the lots thus far. :k:

I’ve noticed that Prime will be putting on a couple of dramas and shows relating to Yaum-e-Pakistan. So, be sure to catch them on Geo and Prime. :jhanda:

Geo had this segment where newscasters said news as if that day is 23rd March 1940. The whole set was designed in the way it was done 60 years back. They even show clips of Maulana Joher and the other dignitaries going to the Park for that discussion. Enjoyed watching it.

And why the hell is this thread a stickie?
