Re: 21 habits of happy people

I have my own habits of happiness. :snooty:

  1. Occasionally having breakfast for dinner.
  2. Creeping out Londoners on the tube by throwing out random smiles
  3. Hiding behind doors to jump out and yell ‘boo’ to my peoples.
  4. Learning how to do the same thing differently.
  5. Watching Dr Who.

Re: 21 habits of happy people

Why isn’t posting on multiple GS threads a happy habit ? lol jk

actually 3 of them can be fulfilled just on gs

  • losing track of time
  • doing lols reading stuff/chatting to people
-spending time on your pillow while typing in

the ones which are non -gs related (but can become gs related)

  • going outside (unless u take your ipad outdoors and type in)
-exercise (unless you jog while your’e gsing)
  • walking the walk before you exercise
  • in person connection (unless you meet someone from here in real life)
  • getting spiritual
  • looking on bright side (when you’re trying to help)
-listening (to others who have problems)
-simple pleasures (the simple pleasure of connecting with others from around the world)
    -happy when chatting
  • resilent (when chat screen logs off on its own especially when uve written a long post and it fails to send)
    -smile when you meet
  • surrounded by happy ppl
    not related
  • unplugging
  • mixtapes
  • spending money on others
  • time to giving
    overall
    im about 18

Re: 21 habits of happy people

and if you happy you wont have to try to be happy.

Other then that every thing for me… I must be a happy person. hmmm

Re: 21 habits of happy people

No idea why it is 40% up to us.
It should be other way around. 60% or more for us.
**
Happy people work against the odds of genetics and environment. **

or

The message should be that people should strive by various means to beat the odds.

If it were to be 60% for genetics or environment to determine who are happy, then what’s the big deal if they are ‘happy’??

{"Martin Seligman, the father of positive psychology, theorizes that while 60 percent of happiness is determined by our genetics and environment, the remaining 40 percent is up to us. "}

Re: 21 habits of happy people
