Ya my numbers including cholesterol is good. These days im trying to switch to green tea and actually i can see a bit difference. Just need to increase my workout.
And yes hv to lessen my spicy meals with oily curry n stuff
I usually do 2 min of slow walk on tread mill, then 2 min of fast walk. I alternately do it for 15 minutes.
Then push ups.
Then someday chest building and someday dumbbells. But I don't do 2 exercise on same day.
Next day I note my body situation. If I feeling pain. I take rest. Rest is very important. Your stretchered making new shape during rest.

I have also made some alterations to my diet with the intention of cutting out processed/white carbs and sugar and lower carbs in general. For the past two weeks, I have been snacking on fresh fruit/vegetables and have added a spinach salad to my lunch with a small serving of daal/salmon. Overall, my goal is reduce the portion sizes. I saw a weight loss of 4 lbs last week (from the last time I checked my weight).
Let's keep the exercise challenge going. I am starting a 90-day challenge with a goal to do at least do 30 minutes of walking.
I followed a 30 minute guided meditation video on youtube. I don’t think this was very relaxing to me.
Usually, i just do mini meditation sessions to calm my nerves/fall asleep. Just make sure it is in a dark setting and you are sitting or laying down. Start out by blocking all thoughts and repeat a small mantra/phrase. When I meditate, i try my best to block any thoughts that come my way.
What's the use of working out if the food we eat is still not healthy or healthy but not tasty. Not sure how people stick to diets that are like that and lose weight on top of that.
