It is exactly three weeks before Ramadan starts. Let’s get our minds and bodies healthy enough to fast.
The goal is do something every single day for the next 21 days and report it here.
Please list what you will be doing at minimum, mine would be a 45 minute walk around the neighborhood.

Yes we are doing something similar in the other thread, but we are not focusing on number of steps so much here as doing something everyday.
This thread is just to keep me accountable, would like it if other people joined as well :)

Here is what I want to do for this thread. I will do fifty squats a day with my usual running routine. I will post how many I do each day.

Yesterday was comparatively a better day. Ran for few miles outdoor and then in the end walked outside for around 30 min.
