21 age limit for non EU spouses law unlawful!

The law that non EU spouses of Brits aged under 21 could not be given a visa to come to the UK has been deemed unlawful and an infringement of rights by the Supreme Court.

Great news i think, the law was discrimanatory (havent spelt that right). It was put in place to supposedly prevent forced marriages. Not sure on how effectiveit was in doing this, having a law that made forced marriages a crime would make more sense imo.

Lots more 16 year old girls forced into marrying their cousins. Great news for Islam, great news for the gene pool.

The law was barely effective as there have still been many cases of forced marriage occuring during it.
