For formal: Short or peplum style shirts with work on the bottom of the fitted trousers,
Lehnga with cropped cholis with heavy or lighter work

In bridals I guess a lot of greys/ Dull golds/Silvers/Icy blue/Mints are trending for 2016.
I find them a bit too bland for a bride :(

Everyone is going gaga over elan bridals this season. Even my daughter instead of going for my design asked me to copy an elan’s bridal for her big day. In the end have to make the bride happy, so I agreed to make her that. although for other outfits, i did not listen to her at all and said let me do my job.
And for color, you can always go for the brightest red for your big day, for reception I feel pastels look the best. classy.
I myself like elan’s pastel colors, intricate work, with crystal and thread work.

went to a wedding in khi recently which was very grand. every one wore light colors and lehenga cholis and long dresses. to be honest they looked too similar to onee another. i missed seeing bright colors!

Lehnga is always inn for brides and for sure blood red color;)
