Found this interesting video on Google…it is a lecture by David Wilcock…saying some govts have capability of going into the future…it is called the “LOOKING GLASS PROJECT”…relates to Time Travel…he also mentions the Philadelphia Experiment in 1943…where people started disappearing on board a US Navy Ship!
