Awe… I feel like you and I share alot of the same feelings…except I am getting married here and missing out on all the relatives and being surrounded by your luved ones…instead it is going to be surrounded by the “communities” who will only judge and critique…yay for me.

I’m going thru this same thing - sucks I just dont understand why people especially your family cant be khush for you! All they do it judge you and talk behind your back which you end up hearing anyways - but now I’m at the point I dont care. Its ok be Allah hears all.

Anyways - Id thought I’d vent a little also.
