I will be busy in moving OUT of GTA end June / Start July
final date not fixed as yet
So any weekends during that period will be fully booked for me 
But I might just SQUEEZE in for an hour or so, in the afternoon, if I am within Toronto on that day, I promise. And for the stuff, please assign me something that can be bought off the shelf and doesn’t require any preparation or cooking, as I don’t think we will be able to manage that.

hi guys,
sorry for the delay in getting back to you. some of you have sent me pm's and i haven't replied cause i honestly didn't really know what was going on either.
just want to propose an idea - since a lot of guppies are backing out of the June 23 date that we've set, we thought it'd be a better idea if we postponed the meet. compared to the # of people we had last time, this time around we hardly even have half.
so i would suggest that we postpone the date until sometime later in july or august so that we can accomodate more guppies, therefore making it all the more fun :D
any suggestions or ideas are welcome. also please let me know what other dates that are feasible for you so that we can arrange another date if need be.

oh yeah? let's see you plan a picninc with 30 guppies all who have different schedules and plans during the summer. ohh..and remember to make that picnic a successful one while you're at it.
