India cannot even reach a 1/0th of that figure.
It can and will.
India was late starter as stated in Time, but is catching up.
It is going in right direction - R&D, Space research, IT, Manufacturing, telecom, Education, Healthcare, Pharmacy - reducing the powerty (I mean any sane person would agree that it cannot vanish, it takes time)
And the most important thing is that India is doing all this without taking away the rights of the people.
