^^ i eat all of them except the salmon and steak. Infact they are nutritionally good aswell as helping weight loss.

Chillies espesially id say as they increase the metabolism by up to 20%. I would also add mustard as this also increases metabolism.

u missed strawberries n walnuts n also green tea

seriously mo3 you need to tell chicks to eat meat.
they dont eat it then they suffer from all kind of deficiencies.

pretty much anything that isnt processed is potentially "weight loss" food.

you dont need to go hunting for fad foods like gojiberry, there are much cheaper and equally effective and fresh local alternatives (gojiberry grows only in the tibetan plateau or something).

just dont eat anything that your great grandma's times didnt have. and eat in sustainable quantities. stay away from corn-fed red meat(america's biggest health scourge). eat grass-fed.

i ate a lot of strawberries and pineapple, apples but they did not help me, they are high fibre but still not working for me. what happen to me? oh i eat oat breakfast but it did not help me feel full and not help me to digest foods from previous day.

^ Apples are very helpful in losing weight. The key to losing weight is to eat healthy AND exercise. You won't accomplish much by only eating fruits and not working out. There are so many factors that play into this. You will lose weight if you burn more calories than you consume.

GREAT LIST! I agree with it 99% the only thing i problly wouldnt have on there is Avocado even though I love Avovado... it's not really calorie friendly
