Re: 20-30 min healthy recipes

Boil a potato or place it in the microwave if it has a bake function. Let it cool and cut into small pieces. Dice up a tomato. You can also finely chop a small onion, but I prefer to omit it. Finely chop some dhania and mint. Open up a can or two of chick peas and drain/rinse them. Toss the chick peas, potatoes, tomato, onion, dhania, and mint in a bowl. Season with chaat masala and lemon juice and imli concentrate and mix well. You can skip the imli if you want to cut back on calories. You can add yogurt to up the protein value or you can skip it. You can add boondi to it for texture and crunch or skip it.

noodle soup with cut up veggies. you can buy the frozen pre-cut veggie mix, throw it in boiling chicken stock or veggie stock, add salt, pepper, turmeric, soy sauce, and handful of noodles. i usually have this for lunch or whenever im too lazy to cook proper meals. it takes less than 20 mins as the vegetables are cut into small pieces so it doesnt take much time to cook at all. you can throw in chicken pieces too for more protein.

if you can make chicken/beef/fish or veggie burger patties and keep them in your freezer so you can make a healthy burger or sandwich anytime. i always keep plenty in my freezer.

you can always make quick grilled chicken or fish and eat with rice or make a sandwich with bread.
