my doctor gave me the hardest time when he saw that my daughter at age 2 still used her bottle. I am glad I got rid of it though because they started eating much better. It was an excuse for me to take it easy and give them milk instead of food.

You know, the eating part did not work with our older one. Till few months ago, she was still not good on eating. Only in last few months (and that also naturally), she picked on eating her meals properly.

Yes, we are not ideal parents by any stretch of imagination :D, but as someone once said, kids do not grow up reading parenting books, so they will adopt things at their comfort level and not when experts say, so we should let them.
