if you are super stressed out then you can ask your doctor for something to help you feel less anxious and help you sleep at the same time....but i wouldnt be too keen on that.
Just spend lots of time with your mum and dad and family, go out with your friends for lunch, do some excercise....yoga is an amazing stress releif.
If you have the time and money why not take a little trip with some friends some where?
Pray lots of namaz and do lots of dua. Inshallah everything will be ok!
