What’s the method for two people to pray Salaah together?
I want to pray with my wife and I want to lead the prayers.
Will she have to say Adhaan and Iqamah? Any other details? Does she stand directly behind me or to the side?

i believe that the Adhaan and Iqamah are performed by you brother. She can stand beside you but a little behind you as it is not permissible for a man and woman to stand in prayer side by side.
Me n my husband do this sometimes and he just offers his FARZ namaz exactly the same way as he would in the Masjid. So nothing changes. Please someone correct me if I am wrong.

You should say the adhan and iqama, she should stand behind you not besides
If the two people are both men or both women, then they should stand side-by-side, with the second person on the right side of the imam and the second person should say the iqama

^ Correct, except for one correction. In case of two men it is not exactly side by side. The second man's toes should be at least behind the Imam's heels.

It is said that Imam should be able to see the second person (sideways, for 'security' of the second person),.... so second person should not be so far back that Imam cannot see that person. This is not needed if there are three or more.
