I am going to be visiting pakistan for few months with my baby who will be about 2 months by the time we leave. Does she need extra vaccinations other than what she will normally get? Also I won’t be back when she turns 4 months so she will miss those shots. How can I manage that? Should I have her get those shots while in pakistan or wait till we come back?

There are no extra vaccinations given to infants under 1. They just have their normal routine jabs at 8,12 and 16 weeks. If I were you I wouldn't get them out there. But speak to your GP or health visitor first. Where are u based? This what happens in UK.
If she is BF then inshallah she will be fine as there is less chances of her catching something.
