Op, talk to the teacher and request that she do a class discussion without mentioning the names if the kids bugging your child. If the problem still persists, talk to the kids’ parents.

thats what I did, I talked to the teacher without mentioning the names, and she had a talk with the class regarding respect and other character traits regarding such situations.
