^ I appreciate your experiences and do not discount them, nor did I mean to laugh you off, but I must admit that I did take a little offense to your statement. It felt to me like you were questioning me about the safety of my children and my judgement as a mom. I am 100% certain that I never compromised the safety of my children…they did not sleep with anything that could suffocate them, had guardrails on all 4 sides of the bed, even the side pushed against the wall and were to the best my abilities safe…given that i had my ped’s full support overall support I don’t see where I did wrong.

I don’t think you or whiterice were wrong… we all have certain views and methods practiced in life with kids and i think it is really great that all of you help nono’s like me with tips and advices with the first baby’s
