My D-Date is round september, but cuz of the twins the doc said it can be earlier as well (it can be from the 35-37th week :|… so we all have to wait .. and i have to go on regular checkup

Inshallah lots of duas that you are able to go full term. My twins were born the day I started my 33rd week…I had started dilating at 24 weeks and was on complete bedrest from then on
