But what really makes me amused and at times laugh is that people who have not revealed anything about their weights, BMI, Waist sizes, end goal of losing weight,…etc. get advices from random people which means nothing without further information available…

Please post your weight, height, and measurements… as well as what you want to achieve.

hehe im sry. my Weight keeps fluctuating between 57-59kg..
my Height 5,1"
Age 21
upper tummy is 27 inches and belly is 36
arms 11 and calves 14

and i want to get down to atleast 48 kgs.
