you can use small bottles of water as arm weights. Running on a treadmill is hard, and you do need to build up to it, so perhaps start by a brisk walk on the treadmill first, then start to jog etc?

I've hurt my elbow and knees badly whilst playing with my nieces so won't be able to walk for 3-4days! :( Trying to eat healthy though..

plenty of water....and lemon in warm water first thing in the morning...really helps x

I lost 7kg in 10 weeks and that includes 3 weeks that i did not control the diet
so in reallity i lost 1kg per week
if u want to know how i did it i have uploaded all the detail on my site
as every one wanted to know and i could not type it so many times so yesterday i uploaded it to my site
i m still on diet and my target is to loose 15 more kgs in nest 5 months so please make dua for me
