It's recommended to lose only 1-2 pounds per week. Anything more than that might cause sagging of skin. So, there are 4 weeks in a month....that means you can lose 4-8 pounds in a month. If you combine cardio (jogging/walking/jump roping) with weight lifting, you'll lose weight faster. Buy yourself a set of arm weights and while you're watching tv, do some weight lifts. Cut out unhealthy foods from your diet. Replace soda and sugary fruit drinks with water. Load up on water as that keeps you full and prevents overeating. And increase fruits and vegetables in your diet. Since they contain fiber, they'll not only keep you feeling fuller for longer, they will also provide u the energy to work out.
Don't worry, it's just determination and persistence. You'll get there!
