^You're not allowed to have sex with anyone watching.. So that rules out sex with more than 1 person.. Rules concerning porn, anal and other things also apply whether there's one wife or more.. Whether u choose to follow them or not tho is down to u..

I don't have any personal problem with threesomes or whatever else but religiously speaking just because they're mehrams doesn't make any difference, ask an imam or scholar if u don't believe me..

Threesome kind of a thing with wives is NOT allowed in Islam. Each wife has to be dealt separately. Sex part must be alone and individual basis.

I am not sure if wives can fulfill their lesbian fantasies when hubby is not there...

What if a woman does not accept polygamy

First of all, marriage in one of its phases is a legal contract between the wife and the husband. Both partners have the right to add any condition that they think it will help them to protect their future life. So, if a woman thinks polygamy is against her interest, then she has the full right to announce her objection during the marriage contract as a condition and a right for a valid contract or else it will be nullified. Based on that, the husband has to commit to that condition or he would have no right to keep her as a wife if she decides to get divorced and was approved by the Islamic court, especially if divorcing the husband is controlled by the wife.
