Lakmal to Taufeeq Umar, FOUR, nicely steered away past gully, the angle meant he was chasing it, and he opened the face at the right moment. Within a shot of a century, but I doubt if he will hit a six

Toufeeq 100
[TABLE=“class: commsTable”]
85.4
Lakmal to Taufeeq Umar, (no ball) 1 run, another no-ball, worked away off the pads, **to get to his second Test century after his comeback.** Off comes the helmet. The whole team on their feet. Tafeeq does the sajda, thanks the heavens, lets the moment sink in. Takes his time to get the helmet back on. Patient effort. An old-style century
85.4
Lakmal to Taufeeq Umar, (no ball) **FOUR,** short and wide, no-ball too, not sure if Taufeeq heard the call but he goes for the cut, rolling his wrists on it to keep it down. On to 99 now
85.3
Lakmal to Taufeeq Umar, no run, short and wide again, but he doesn't go chasing
One wide slip and one gully in
85.2
Lakmal to Taufeeq Umar, no run, slightly shorter, slight extra bouncer, left alone
85.1
Lakmal to Taufeeq Umar, **FOUR,** nicely steered away past gully, the angle meant he was chasing it, and he opened the face at the right moment. Within a shot of a century, but I doubt if he will hit a six

“The Pakistan top order has built on the bowlers’ efforts and it SHOULD (this is Pakistan) be impossible for them to lose this game. They now need to push on into a winning position.” James, that’s why I wasn’t overly critical of their go slow. They have a lot of time on their hands. They could still live to regret it, but doesn’t seem like a blunder at the current moment ..cricinfo
Re: 1st Test :Pakistan v Sri Lanka 18th-22Oct 2011
*88.5
Welegedara to Taufeeq Umar, no run, Huge huge shout, and Tony Hill's shocker continues. Big inside edge from Taufeeq. You don't want this if you are a bowler in this heat. The ball swings away, Taufeeq pushes tentatively, he goes too far outside the line, gets a big inside edge along with a huge noise. Tony Hill says no. Sri Lanka can't believe it *
I hope this doesn't come back to bite us as Hill seems to have an off day ..... his missed the plumb LBW off Ajmals Bowling
Re: 1st Test :Pakistan v Sri Lanka 18th-22Oct 2011
Taufeeq should have walked himself i like Sportsman Spirit not this
Yes he should've walked i think ..... it was quite obvious ..... but then again it would open a debate on Umpire's word final ..... means that u take it in the same spirit even if u know you were not out
Re: 1st Test :Pakistan v Sri Lanka 18th-22Oct 2011
I Hope that by Tea tomorrow they’ll have a lead of atleast 250+ to put SL under real pressure and give themselve enough time to bowl out SL in 6-7 sessions
