Akmal is long due for a good innings. Let's hope he comes good today.

A target of 250 is reasonable, but still getttable by India. Even if one of their batsmen starts going, then the runs will pile up quickly. Tendulkar won't always be run out, Dhoni won't always be stumped, Dravid won't always be bowled off a straight delivery.

Sohail Tanvir should work on developing the inswinger pretty quickly, just like Akram had. It'll be hard to get right-handed batsman out with only an outswinger, especially given the state of our wicket keeping and slip catching.

Kamran Akmal has been batting well since the home series against SAF. 275-300 would make a great last day, whichever side wins. It would be so much better if both Asif and Gull were not puncture again like old tires & Sami cant bowl worth a s&*& either.

India have never scored more than 190 in the final innings at this venue to win. That too against ZIM.

I think the minimum lead should be 250. If its less than 250, then India should be able to take this match. If we can somehow get the lead of 300 plus, then India will be under pressure big time. Do realize that this is the last pair of recognized batsmen, and one wicket will expose the tail. Tail may or may not perform. Current lead is 167, so minimum 83 more runs are needed to make a match out of it. If we are able to add 133 more runs, then the lead will be 300 plus.

I would say even Sami did not get a wicket, but his batting has given us lime light, it was his batting with Misbah that has given us any chance, well tanvir is just out now so lets see what sami can do in this innings.

Did you guys notice....Rameez & Amir Sohail and Also Arun Lal & Shiva doing commentry both on Sky Sports and ARY...he just finished on ARY and straightaway started on Sky sports..damn must be making good money...

My gut feelings are Pak will give lead of at least 250-270 and Pak will play till lunch............I think Misbah and Sami Patnership will still frustrate India and Shoaib and Kaneria will score in this match too.
