Mohammad Asif is recovering faster than expected from the injury that has forced him to sit out Pakistan’s tour to India so far. According to one PCB official, there is even an outside chance that he might be in the frame for selection for the final Test in Bangalore, beginning from December 8.

wonder if Pakistan's decision to exclude Afridi from the test squad will haunt them. Definitely the pair of kaneria and afridi could have been pretty lethal here in the final innings.

i think it is evenly poised. All we need is a big century from Butt, 2 supporting innings from Malik and Misbah. It would be nice if the free loader AKmal can deliver as well. By the way he is suppose to come after the fall of this wicket since Misbah was off the field during the Indian innings.
