Now that Shoaib Malik has said that YASIR HAMEED AND SALMAN BUTT will play (http://content-usa.cricinfo.com/indvpak/content/current/story/321497.html) I dont think so there is much to guess as far as Pakistan combination is concerned

Umpiring standards after the completion of first over - first ball way down leg, not called a wide. Second ball, hitting middle and leg, LBW shout of Salman, overlooked by Doctrove. A minor width two balls later outside the off-stump resulting in an extra run.
