Re: 1st Test : India v Pakistan @ Delhi - Nov 22-26
Exactly my point.. and when you have someone chucking at 150kmph, it is more dangerous than someone who is throwing them up in the air at 80kmph.
Are you questioning his 'chucking' for legal reasons or because you think he is "dangerous" with chucking? Would it be okay if he was "dangerous" without chucking? Like Brett Lee, Shane Bond? Is 90-95mph safe ?

Shoaib doesn't have anything to lose at this point in his career.. if he can get away with it, he'll do it. **And ICC being the organization **it is, you can expect nothing from them. And the Umpires are spineless.

Fortunately or unfortunately they are the governing body, so if it is okay to them then we should not be complaining unless you can gather enough support and make them change the rule.

U can't blame the players or umpires on the field . Because players were cleared by an authority .If umpires point out this issue then all this hoopla of racism ,jealousy etc will come to play .My suggestion is not for just Akhtar ,Murli or harbhajan ,there should be a way to find out like super slo mo video for each delivery for almost all the bowlers .Very difficult to implicate .But if a bowler is aware that such a sharp technique is available to check their actions ,they will be more careful and bowl with legal actions .

If you think he chucks then FYI, he has gotten away with it not once but many times.
yar we have discussed this topic many many times. Shoaib does not chuck and it has been officially confirmed by ICC. Now what do you want to do?
If you think he chucks then wrtie a letter to ICC or sue them. I don't think there is any point in repeating and re-repeating something again and again because frankly speaking at this stage you cant convince anyone if he thinks that shoaib doesn't chuck and similarly anyone cannot convince you. So basically it is a fazool discussion which has been duscussed for the last 8-9 years.

You know whats going to happen then? All the bowlers will be found to exceed the 15 degree limit on one or more occasion. Because this has been stated many times by ex-bowlers that almost every bowler does bend beyond permissiable limit. Somoe odo it occasionally, others more frequently.

I know ,thats why they bring this 15 degree rule . But not all bolwers action look suspicious .Some of them look like they are bending up to 45 degrees ,could be some other reason . Whatever those batsmen and spectators have full of confusion regarding this rule and its implications . So the best thing would be a warning like'' u r under the watchful eyes'' kind of feel . Just bowl straight ,no need to worry abt the rule . In the past almost all of them bowled with half sleeves and have no apprehension like that .Most of them possessed an almost smooth clean action as well .Any way this is a never ending discussion .So mods please may detach this from this topic . And sorry for the offtopic.
Re: 1st Test : India v Pakistan @ Delhi - Nov 22-26
Agreed whole heartedley . They chuck .The thing is that they got the approval for that from the ICC . I would like to find a way to test on the match conditions . Not in the lab . Especially bowlers tend to chuck when they are tired or nothing else working for them or some other pressure . Some how there must be an end to this farce .The reason why harbhajan is not throwing(erm ....bowling) doosra is because he very well know that it is not a legal delivery .
harbhajan doesnt bowl doosra anymore? are you living under a cave, he bowls doosra 2 times each over man..
other than that - test match is intense, love low scoring matches...
If pak can get these wickets quickly, they can put some serious pressure when Indians have to bat on 4-5th day. But if laxman can make some partnerships, and get around 100 run lead (unlikely), its going to be difficult for pakistan to have a target in mind
Re: 1st Test : India v Pakistan @ Delhi - Nov 22-26
Anyone who accuses Shoaib of chucking should be banned. Simple. I'm sure physicists and biomechanists at Australian universities know a lot more about hyperextension than some of the jahil shmucks on this forum who are accusing him of chucking.
Re: 1st Test : India v Pakistan @ Delhi - Nov 22-26
Shoaib is a chucker. Period. Anyone who thinks otherwise should be banned permanently. Too many shmucks on this forum. Sheesh. Also I like to post in italics and use periods a lot.
Re: 1st Test : India v Pakistan @ Delhi - Nov 22-26
since pakistanis have a chucker in their team, they have no choice but to accept chuckers in other teams as well. i wonder what would have been the view if shoaib wasn’t a chucker. :halo:

okay ,just a question .Do u think Murli a chucker or not ?
Re: 1st Test : India v Pakistan @ Delhi - Nov 22-26
Mohammad Sami proving to be Mohammad Sami once again. I swear Pakistan would be better off playing with 10 players rather than including Sami in the team.
