I really don't know what Elton Chigumbura is thinking 13 from 24 balls

Zimbabwe 238/2 (43.0 ov)
Zimbabwe require another 66 runs with 8 wickets and 42 balls remaining

**Current partnership **45 runs, 8.1 overs, RR: 5.51 (Chigumbura 13, Ervine 30)

Re: 1st ODI: Zimbabwe v New Zealand at Harare, Aug 2, 2015

Ervine 95 from 92 balls playing very sensible inning

43.3
Sodhi to Ervine, SIX, what a shot Craig Ervine! He advances down the track and smashes it over midwicket with the spin, superb batting from Ervine. Into the nineties now

Re: 1st ODI: Zimbabwe v New Zealand at Harare, Aug 2, 2015

Misbah is his batting coach and Dhoni provides strategic guidance.

Re: 1st ODI: Zimbabwe v New Zealand at Harare, Aug 2, 2015

This time Chigumbura

44.1
McCullum to Chigumbura, SIX, just enough bat on it takes it over long-on, Guptill is a few metres inside the boundary and just clears him. If he had been on the boundary, he would have had a big chance

Re: 1st ODI: Zimbabwe v New Zealand at Harare, Aug 2, 2015

Re: 1st ODI: Zimbabwe v New Zealand at Harare, Aug 2, 2015

Yes, a great win.

The flip side is - the Hafeezes and the Nohits of this world will start consolidating from ball 1 and continue consolidating after the last ball of the inning. Result?

Consolidation futures go through the roof. God help us fans.

Re: 1st ODI: Zimbabwe v New Zealand at Harare, Aug 2, 2015

wow, a great win... is this year of miracles or what? I thought Pak losing 3-0 was the worst thing.
