Having two non-performers (Fawad Alam and Rana) in the team is a recipe for disaster IMHO
- Fawad Alam - His batting does not fill me with confidence, bowling is nothing special, can’t have him in the team just for his fielding and youthful exuberance!
- Uncle Rana - when it is not his day can go for plenty esp. on the bouncy and hard pitches of Australia and his batting comes off once in a blue moon. Almost single-handedly cost us the SF (CT) against NZ last year with his wayward stuff.
I w’d play Shoaib Malik and Umar Gul for a couple of games atleast before making any changes
