Thats a good question. I was thinking about the same too. Hopefully ICC will make available an online D-L Calculator.

Linearly thinking in the first 25 overs england were around 80/3... so if we were expected to make that.. we should be okay?

There's a cut-off time of 9.21pm (BST); that's the latest they could start a 20-over innings and the match would stand. Obviously if they do come back on at any stage, Pakistan would then face a revised target, but we can't tell you what that would be yet, of course. But what we can tell you is that were they to play just the 20 overs, the target then would be 115.
