Also, either we should call lack of deligence at Inzi part, or lack of professionalism from clueless Doctrove that Pakistan 11th over wasn't included in power play 2.
Hope pakistan will approach the game, just like a test match, as they regularly scored 4 runs in an over during test matches too, so they don't need to panic, rather hafeez and malik should keep the wicket intact, even if they could score 3 runs in an over for first 20 overs.

NO, with D/L shortening affecting this match, they need to be AHEAD OF THE TARGET ALL THE TIME so that the result is in OUR favor whenever (and however ma ny times) the match gtes affected by rain.

I used the ICC predictor:
*** If Pakistan win by 5-0, Pakistan will gain 6 points and be only 2 points behind South Africa
*** If Pakistan win by 4-1, Pakistan will only gain 2 points
*** *If Pakistan win by 3-2, they will ACTUALLY LOSE 1 point, for not winning more convincingly against #8 England. *
Seems like we have to win by 4-1 or better to maintain or improve on our #3 ranking :( I hope we can do it.

So they're saying that 20 overs is the minimum that needs to be played... what does it mean in terms of the Reqd. score and RR if we were to get around 20 overs to play?

I guess...you have score a higher RR than of the English RR... first 20 overs they played...just my guess...
