Yaar Rock, if he changes his action, all the novelty disappears. I strongly believe that he is doing this well purely because of the awkwardness of his action. He does not look like a test-level bowler at all, but certainly looks to be handy for ODI's (heard that he bats well too).
You may be right that he may not be test class. but he can learn and improve. Some players may learn and improve with the right guidance and hard work they put i wheras others will always be remain learners.
However, we wont know this until he plays at that level. Surely, he won't be worse than some of the jokers who have played before in tests i.e. Sami and co.

just to re-emphasize the brilliance of Pakistani bowling in the death overs, they allowed Australia only 14 runs off the last 18 deliveries while also taking 3 wickets. After 17 overs Australia were 150/4 and they finished on 164/7

wonder if Shaun Tait who (in the absence of Lee) performed so remarkably well in 2007 WC is injured or whether Stuart Clark was preferred over him for twenty20?

Shaun Tait is injured. But I am more surprised that Cameron White is not in the aussie team. He is with Australian A squad whereas he could have been useful for them with his devestating hitting.

Yes you are totally right the way Lawson handled the players. Imagine big mouth Javed sitting in that dug out. That clown may have been dancing and waving more than the players.
Maybe Lawson was bit sad beating his national team :D
