So west has no clue to solve racism huh what a joke things will never change you only have to look at recent media highlights like the M jackson case and few years before that OJ simpson case and see the racial divide so clearly in the country.
As for the islamic state simple solution fo racism there is no place for nationalities or tribes in islam there is no black or white or pakistani or indian.
So unlike the west where people are put into small boxes you are black, you are white, you are asian, you are other and then you all fight for the scraps and complain of discrimination all day long because they all competing with each other this problem of racism will continue in its current format!
as for quoting the quran either you can back your quotes up and know what you talking about otherwise leave it alone and stop trying to take things out of context which you have done already twice!

In Khilafah la la land does the Caliph order everyone to die their skin the same color? While it is all well and good to say "there is no place" for black or white, even magical khilafah land cannot change peoples' skin colors. There are laws to protect and prevent against discrimination in democracy, the same as there would be laws in your la la land. Laws are laws, it's a matter of semantics to which type of government enforces those laws. While it is convenient to make excuses that islamic state doesn't exist and that is why racism exists in Muslim countries, Muslims the world over are racist and there is no reason to think that will disappear with an islamic state.

LIVERPOOL, England – Troubled Manchester City midfielder Joey Barton made a televised appeal to his 18-year-old brother yesterday, urging him to contact investigators about the weekend axe murder of a black teenager in Liverpool.
Michael Barton is wanted for questioning in connection with the racially motivated killing of 18-year-old Anthony Walker.
“Michael, if you have any information about what happened you have to tell the police,” Joey Barton said. “You must do this for the Walker family so they can mourn Anthony and you must do this because you know it’s right.”
Walker, his white girlfriend and a cousin were waiting for a bus late Friday when a man shouted racist insults, police said. When a group of three or four men started following the trio, Walker’s companions ran for help and returned to find the axe in his skull, police said. So the murderer of this 18 year old kid was not even a under priviliged person he is brother of a multi millionaire sports star, damn if a rich kid is killing another person because they are a different color what a indicment on the society that is.

OK AK...racism is not something easy to solve first off and to be honest it isnt helped when your local train station is getting bombed...
Its not a race thing its a culture thing and the British well some of them see us as not integrating well into their culture...Contrary to your belief Tony Blair etc dont appreciate seeing Muslims being victimised because their eventual aim is to integrate all Muslims and have every Muslim carrying British neo-liberalistic values rather than Islamic ones a la Frances Fukuyams End of History theory...they want us all to assimilate in a multicultural society where we adopt their culture...its not apartheid or civil rights anymore...its not in the states interest to be racist...they understand that it is neccesary to assimilate all people under one flag...
Now to your point about Islam...just like Blair or any other leader who is intelligent...the idea is to harmonise society...for people not to be judged on race but to carry the norms and values of the establishment...racists come out because they feel their is a threat to their country...lol my friend lost his jaw last week cos he 'looked' like a bomber...in the same way your Islamic state would abuse someone who carried values threatening to their society...i cant see the people in an Islamic society getting happy when a Hindu missionary arrives in their state...
Its very easy to blame the West but remember they see Muslims, blacks etc as a threat who are changing their society...some wont like it and they will act...Can you genuinely tell me that the Islamic state will do anything differently...
