Common in both India and Pakistan. And extraordinarily even in Latin America- especially Bolivia and parts Mexico; Africa- even in countries like South Africa; and parts of Asia- like the Phillipines.

Nothing new- except for the fact that this was electronically documented.

The two were not criminals, police was amongst the audience. If it happens around the world we are still not going to accept the wrong.
