Pakistan Air force expecting 18 more F-16s by the end of 2008.
Thats a great news since these aircrafts are Block C and D much more advanced than our current inventory of F-16s.

it means all the other air forces contract their job to private companies. us airforce contracts it to lockheed or boeing.... IAF to HAL etc...
but PAF has its own facilities...
makes sense now??

I thought all the facilities came under the WAH complex.

He is talking about PAF KAMRA. For USAF, it would be companies like Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon who have this ability. Of course it is all semantics. We could never even come close to the capabilities of the US private defence companies.

reminds of me comments by Ayaz Amir in one of his columns AFTER CO Air Staff told reporters that Lebanese PM had to cry before Press reporters because they had no defence..

and Ayaz’s comments were like
what would u do with 500 F-16’s that US gives you if u will change ur policy on just ONE phone call.
