No. The money that is being used to build bridges cannot be used for electricity. Why should it be? KESC needs to generate its own oney through bill paying customers. If people don't pay their bills or are busy churaana electricity, or encourage bribery by paying the meter readers, then people should stop complaining about load shedding. I still say 12 hours of load shedding is quite generous. Don't be surprised to see a lot more load shedding. As I said, if it was up to me I would have 23 hours of load shedding. Laton kai bhoot baton sai nahee mantay. :)
Do you know that WAPDA or whoever is authority makes up for stolen electricity charges thru something probably called Fuel Adjustment Charges (or it may be some other term)... so your crying about stolen electricity is not going to take power production too far, sorry.
