Sad indeed.
Most Pakistani’s r just not used to of seat belts, most old model vahicles dont even have seat belts installed. Recently Highway police have started to force the passengers to use seatbelts otherwise they charge u with heavy fines. But i guess ppl will still take years to make it a habit to wear seatbelt when ever they sit in the car… she prolly never wore a seatbelt in pakistan & hence wasnt wearing it there.
